Jake Hardman
Jake is the owner and one of our body piercers here at Drift. Jake started piercing professionally in 2009 and has been an active member of the Association of Professional Piercers since March of 2017.
He continues his piercing education by traveling all over the country to different studios to brainstorm with other industry professionals, as well as attending the annual APP conference and teaching seminars.
When Jake isn’t in the studio, you can find him rock climbing or bike packing.
Ray Jackson
Ray began piercing in 2012 in the same studio as Jake, and since then has been furthering his knowledge on current body piercing procedures and trends. Ray joined the Drift team in October of 2021. Ray is an active member of the Association of Professional Piercers.
Currently Ray’s favorite piercings to perform would be stacked piercings: think a pair with one above the other or to either side!
In his free time you can find Ray hanging out with his daughter or watching anime.
Lily Krumenacker
Lily began piercing professionally in 2021 and joined the Drift team in 2023.
She keeps her finger on the pulse of the industry by shadowing other seasoned piercers, attending the annual APP conferences, and never shying away from innovation.

In her spare time, Lily enjoys spending time outdoors or snuggling up to an episode of The X-Files with her cat,
Autumn Langley
Jewelry Stylist
Autumn has been a full time stylist for Drift since April 2023! She specializes in curating double and triple helix piercings and is especially excited about transforming piercing inspirations into a reality through our signature styling sessions with our extensive selection of BVLA jewelry.

When she's not in the studio you can find her cuddling up with her orange cat and watching The Lost Boys!
Diamond Oliveras
Jewelry Stylist
Diamond has been a jewelry specialist with us since May 2023! As you can imagine, she loves styling anything with diamonds of all types, all the pink gems and 14k yellow gold from BVLA. Her vibe is all about sprinkling in dainty gold pieces with understated charm in to her styling sessions.

When she's not at the studio, you can find her cuddling up with her giant snuggle big, Sir Louis or watching her favorite movie The Devil Wears Prada.
Kayla Raney
Shop Manager / Stylist
Kayla has been with the Drift team since 2022! While she started her career working in tattoo studios throughout SWFL and Nashville, Kayla has always been passionate about jewelry and piercing education. Her favorite part of being in the studio is helping with styling sessions and curating completely customized jewelry with BVLA special orders. She loves mixing metals, especially throwing some 14k white gold into a style, and unique earth toned gemstones.

When she's not in the studio, you can find her illustrating comics or taking her big fluffy shepherd Ranger on outdoor adventures.
