Jake Hardman
Studio Owner/Body Piercer
Jake is the owner and one of our body piercers here at Drift. Jake started piercing professionally in 2009 and has been an active member of the Association of Professional Piercers since March of 2017.
He continues his piercing education by traveling all over the country to different studios to brainstorm with other industry professionals, as well as attending the annual APP conference and teaching seminars.
When Jake isn’t in the studio, you can find him rock climbing or bike packing.
Ray Jackson
Body Piercer
Ray began piercing in 2012 in the same studio as Jake, and since then has been furthering his knowledge on current body piercing procedures and trends. Ray joined the Drift team in October of 2021. Ray is an active member of the Association of Professional Piercers.
Currently Ray’s favorite piercings to perform would be stacked piercings: think a pair with one above the other or to either side!
In his free time you can find Ray hanging out with his daughter or watching anime.
Lily Krumenacker
Body Piercer
Lily began piercing professionally in 2021 and joined the Drift team in 2023. Lily is an active member of the Association of Professional Piercers.
She keeps her finger on the pulse of the industry by shadowing other seasoned piercers, attending the annual APP conferences, and never shying away from innovation.

In her spare time, Lily enjoys spending time outdoors or snuggling up to her cat watching an episode of The X-Files.
Rodman DeWitt
Body Piercer
Rodman "Hotrod" DeWitt has been piercing since 2019. He started piercing in the same shop as our own, Jake Hardman, and our other piercer, Ray Jackson! He loves conch piercings and gets the most excited about any kind of paired piercing- paired nostrils, paired labrets, paired eyebrows, all of it! His favorite jewelry combo is yellow gold with dark gemstones like Onyx or Emeralds.

In his free time, you can find Rodman riding his motorcycles, or sampling coffee shops with his dog!
Autumn Langley
Studio Manager/Jewelry Specialist
Autumn has been a full time jewelry specialist for Drift since April 2023! She specializes in curating double and triple flat piercings and is especially excited about transforming piercing inspirations into a reality through our signature styling sessions with our extensive selection of BVLA jewelry. Autumn is an active associate member of the Association of Professional Piercers.

When she's not in the studio you can find her painting or cuddling up with her orange cats watching The Lost Boys!
